Shipping

Product is shipped in 3-5 business days after payment received. All merchandise is shipped via freight company. The shipping prices listed are for shipping to the 48 continental USA only. All the products will be shipped to your curb. Freight company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery will be curb side only. Freight company will not take your order inside your place. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck.

Oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to move it to its final location. When the freight company delivers your product, you should inspect the packaging. If you notice any damages, please indicate that on the freight invoice. If you notice any damages or defects when you open the packaging, please email us the pictures of damage and call our customer service to arrange exchanging to new item or replacing new part.

Your 100% Satisfaction is our #1 priority. And also, if you are not too far away from our showroom, you are welcome to come to pick up the products to avoid shipping costs. Or, we may also be able to provide delivery and set-up inside for local customers with minimal fee.(within 60 minutes distance from our location).

Shipments of multiple items are eligible for a combined shipping discount in most cases.

Combined shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Home Accent Furniture cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please include an alternate shipping address if a P.O. Box number is your standard address.

You are liable for return shipping fee and 35% restocking fee on all items will be incurred. All returns must be authorized and fully inspected by Home Accent Furniture. All items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. No packaging will not be accepted at all.
